We are a small, independent family run Estate Agency and Property Management & Maintenance company located in the centre of Jalon. We concentrate predominantly on inland properties for sale and rent in the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys and the surrounding towns and villages.

We offer property management packages at competitive rates which can be tailored to suit any specific requirements that clients have which include all of key holding, full management of rental properties, meet and greet services, garden and pool maintenance and we also undertake building works, renovations and projects.  We have our own fully qualified team speaking all of Spanish, English, Dutch and German and work closely with local architects and town halls in the area.

Our sister company, The Drain Team, deal with all drainage problems, blocked pipes and septic tank issues and offer a 24 hour service for emergencies as well as providing free, competitive quotes for the installation of new tanks and other repairs.
